Evelyn’s corn on cob recipe

  1. Prepare fresh green corn on the cob, cut into halves
  2. Place in a sauce Pan
  3. Add 6 pegs of cloves, 6 pimento seeds, 1 tsp of salt
  4. Cover with cold water and place lid.
  5. Bring to boil on gas mark 6
  6. Boil for 20 – 30mins until tender.
  7. Serve hot or cold. Butter [optional]
